"What is the essence of Spilled Milk Catering? Simply put, Spilled Milk strives to translate our love of food into something that you can taste, appreciate and share with others. This is real cooking, folks, and we value using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients whenever possible. We wouldn't serve anything that we don't love to cook or eat ourselves.
Spilled Milk Catering started as a fun project for Amit and Raj that quickly consumed our entire lives and evolved into the business we are today. Like any great team, each of us comes to the table with our expertise: Amit brings his previous restaurant and chef experience (having worked at Nage in Washington, DC) and his love of bold, exotic flavors. Raj brings with him his business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. And thus, with these differing levels of expertise and interests, we sought to create Spilled Milk Catering.
Which brings us to the second point about Spilled Milk: it's obviously about the food... but it's also about the fun. We have purposefully created menus because the food reflects each of our personalities and is fresh, creative, and fun. However, remember these menus are just a guide! We are here to help create a customized menu that reflects you and your style, and will work with you from start to finish to make sure your menu is perfect. So whether it's fixing up some unique 'passed bites' for a large cocktail party, providing an easygoing cooking class to a group of people, or catering your large scale wedding reception from start to finish, we will do our very best to ensure that you are having just as much fun as we are while enjoying the food. And that right there is Spilled Milk: good times, great food, and a better way to eat!"
